Early Years 2017 Photo Contest 

Revelstoke Early Childhood Development invites you to submit photos for our 2017 Photo Contest!

Please note: Finalists will be selected by 'likes' on the Revelstoke Early Childhood Development Facebook Page, so submitting early will increase your chances of becoming a finalist. 

Details: 

Photo Theme: Learning Something New
  • All photos will be uploaded to the Revelstoke Early Childhood Development Facebook Page.  
  • The number of photo "likes" will determine the top 10 finalists. 
  • Entrant must be a resident of Revelstoke, British Columbia
  • Each entrant can enter a maximum of 5 photos
  • Each photo must be a minimum of 1.5 MB to a maximum of 32 MB. 
  • All photos must feature a child or children under 6. 
  • A photo consent form must be provided for photos to be entered in the contest. 
  • All photos must be received by 5:00 PM on June 2, 2017.  Online voting by "likes" will continue until 5:00 PM on June 5, 2017. 

Judging Criteria: 

Our judging panel will look for:
  • Photos that highlight a child or family and the theme 
  • Photos that are unique to Revelstoke
  • Photos with technical merit (eg. centred image, focus on child etc)
